Tunari Gardens is a new residential complex developed by BOLD International, designed especially for those who want to live close to the city, but in an airy, safe, and friendly environment. The project brings together urban functionality and the tranquility of a green community, offering modern apartments for different lifestyles—from smart studios to spacious apartments with generous terraces.

Challenge & Solution

Developing the brand identity for Tunari Gardens was essentially balancing two seemingly contrasting worlds: the urban and the natural. The core challenge was: how to visually and verbally express a modern, city-adjacent lifestyle while making nature, calm, and community the brand’s central identity.

Solution: The solution was to translate the physical and emotional experience of Tunari Gardens into a cohesive brand identity — visually, verbally, and emotionally — that balances urban sophistication with natural serenity while appealing to a broad, modern audience.
