The Process
Our process is a result of 10+ years of experience and 700+ websites for small and medium sized companies around the world. First we focus on the look’nfeel. Once that’s agreed with everyone involved, we move on to the content. A series of rapid iterations after that, ensures the best possible result in the shortest amount of time. Full transparency, constant communication, committed to an excellent result are our core values.

FAQ
We look at your content, your competitors and the industry in general. We then build up the first draft version, i.e. the suggested looknfeel of the website and submit it for your review. Once we receive the feedback and the general looknfeel is finalized, we proceed with the remaining pages.
Yes. We are in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, so Eastern time zone. Most calls are done via Zoom.
We require all text/web copy content for the website upfront, as well as your logo original files (photoshop or illustrator). The web copy can be sent in the form of a word document or spreadsheet or slides, or in the case of an existing site, we just need the link from where to copy all the text from.
Yes. We see themes as a means of saving time and money for our clients as we don’t have to re-invent the wheel when it comes to producing complex integrations and sophisticated page structures. The premium themes we use come packed with features, functionalities and integrations. We then fully customize them in order to achieve our objectives.
No. We work with the best premium themes and plugins, on which customization and styling is possible to a great extent. There are certain elements that are controlled by WordPress or the theme that we can not change unless we change the underlying code. This is something we highly recommend against, as a custom coded function requires long-term maintenance, which can be a substantial overhead for any size company.
No. We don’t. Our services focus purely on wordpress web design and build. You can find copywriters in sites likes fiverr.com or you can use AI tools such as ChatGPT to produce it.
No. We don’t. Best to talk to a Graphic Designer about that, since they specialize in logos and branding. You can find one at fiverr.com
On our projects we offer 4 major revisions (feedback cycles). This is to create some structure to the project. Of course if there are some minor changes and cosmetic revisions or text/image replacement change requests we don’t consider as feedback revisions. We try to be as flexible as we can.
We work on a two phase approach. The first phase focuses on the looknfeel and design aspect of the project and the second one focuses primarily on the content of the site. At the end of the first phase we submit our first milestone (50%), which acts as a green light for us to go ahead with the remaining of the project. In the case of Fiverr, accepting this will also ask for the second milestone to be funded. This all goes to Fiverr’s escrow together with the funding of the first milestone. The second milestone is submitted upon delivery of the completed project. In the case of Fiverr, escrow is released once everything is finalized and project is accepted as complete.
We respond within 24 hours – normally in less that 6 hours. Depending on the size of the feedback we normally turn it around in 4-5 days.
No but we can guide you through the best options for your project including where to purchase. We then can install and configure as part of the project.
